Saeed Humaid Bin Drai
With a prominent career spanning over 25 years in the Middle Eastern property market, Mr. Saeed Bin Drai is an accomplished CEO, mediator  and business leader. Mr. Bin Drai was at the helm of the family business, Bin Drai Enterprises since 2001, and as its CEO, managed the activities of its real estate portfolio and its investments across other sectors.
In addition to his role as CEO, Mr. Bin Drai held several Director and Chairman positions on real estate and banking committees, and is currently Partner in various UAE businesses in the medical, childcare and hospitality sectors.
Mr. Bin Drai is most recognized by his peers for his innovative and forward-thinking approach that lead to the creation of Park Place on Sheikh Zayed Road, a pioneer of modern mix-use property in the Middle East.
Mr. Bin Drai holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations, from the University of Kent in the UK.

Richard Taylor
Having led some of Dubai’s most recognized multi-billion dollar projects including Dubai Harbour and Ain Dubai, Mr. Richard Taylor is a trusted development specialist, with over 17 years’ experience in the Dubai real estate market.
A former Senior Vice President at Dubai Holding and Meraas, Mr. Taylor was in charge of strategic projects, commercial management and procurement. In his role as CDO at Park Developments, Mr. Taylor manages the development projects of the company, in addition to advisory and development management consultancy services.
With a proven track record of successful projects in the region, Mr. Taylor is a trusted specialist in the early stage planning and a highly regarded expert in the commercial aspect of real estate development with broad experience of all contract types, from construction agreements, to SPA’s, operator agreements and Joint Ventures.
Mr. Taylor earned his Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying in 2004 at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.
